الوظائف المطلوبه
نشرت وزارة العمل الأمريكية مؤخراً تقريراً تنبؤياً ألقى الضوء على توقعات إدارة البحوث التشغيلية واتجاهات التوظيف بالوزارة بخصوص أكثر الوظائف المتوقع نمواً وازدهار الطلب عليها بداية من العام الجاري وحتى نهاية العام 2011م.
ومن أبرز مجالات التوظيف التي تنبأ لها التقرير أن تكون الأعلى نمواً والأكثر ازدهاراً خلال الفترة الزمنية التي يغطيها هي:
1- مجال الحاسب الآلي وخدمات معالجة البيانات: فكل الوظائف ذات الصلة الباشرة بالحاسب الآلي مرشحة للنمو بشكل لافت خلال الأعوام القليلة المقبلة، أو اً. وسواء أكنا نتحدث عن الوظائف المتعلقة بالبرمجة أو بتصميم وتحليل النظم أو بإدارة قواعد البيانات أو بتصميم وحماية الشبكات أو حتى تلك المتعلقة بإدخال ومراجعة البيانات الكترونياً، فإننا بصدد معدلات نمو متوقع لها أن تكون مرتفعة بشكل لافت.
فعلا كان زمان كان ممكن تتخرج وتشتغل فى وظيفه هايله جدا من غير اى عناء لاكن الان وبالتحديد الان لا لم لا لان العالم كله يتجه الى الراسماليه يمعنى انه اذا كنت انا صاحب عمل ويعمل معى 1000 عامل بناء على اى اساس سوف اعطى لاى منهم اجر اعتقد ان كل منا لو كان صاحب عمل سوف يعطى الراتب على اساس ما هو مؤدى من عملبالمختصرررررررل المفيد يعنى انا عشان ادي لحضرتك فلوس لازم حضرتك تكون بتعرف تعمل حاجه والحاجه دى الجامعه مش بتعلمها لاى حد خالص لان اصلا المناهج دى بتاعه سنه60 تمام ؟ تمام يبقى احنا يا اما ناس ربنا فاتح علينا ونقدر نتعلم بجد فى مكان بيعلم صح وندفع مبالغ طائله جدا يا اما نستنى لغايه ما نتخرج بقى ونبدا ناخد كورسات لكى نصبح حقا مؤهلين لسوق العمل عشان لما يبقى حد بيدينا اى حاجه يبقى بيديهالنا مقابل ان احنا بنعرف فعلا نعمل حاجه مقابلها وحتى نشعر اننا ناخذ مقابل ما نعطيه !!!وبس
